He has emerged as a prominent figure in the region's entertainment and nightlife sector, armed with a profound understanding of the industry and an extensive network of connections. His connections span a wide range, encompassing a vast portfolio of VIPs and celebrities. Initially launching his career with the renowned beach club brand Nikki Beach in Marbella, Spain, he quickly gained recognition and expanded his reach globally. In 2005, he relocated to Dubai, where he swiftly garnered attention and secured residencies at the city's most prestigious venues. He also collaborated with the Pacha Ibiza group, contributing to the launch of their boutique hotel and beach club, Destino Ibiza. Furthermore, his exceptional creativity and profound musical knowledge have established him as a key pillar within the Blue Marlin UAE franchise. Presently, Frederick's primary focus revolves around expanding the BCA brand and organizing large-scale events and concerts. He also works in partnership with the Addmind group on many upcoming hospitality projects.

He is deeply passionate about his work and remains dedicated to upholding exceptional standards, resulting in remarkable achievements for esteemed companies across Europe and the Middle East.
His illustrious career commenced at the prestigious Four Seasons hotel in Paris, where he honed his skills and laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors. Seeking new opportunities, Philippe made his way to London, where he had the privilege of working in renowned establishments, including Soho House, The Ritz, and The Dorchester hotels. These experiences allowed him to showcase his expertise and contribute to the success of these globally acclaimed properties.
Throughout his journey, Philippe accumulated invaluable knowledge by spearheading various luxury hotels, lifestyle restaurants, and members clubs. In these leadership roles, he expertly managed operations and administration, working closely with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands. His exceptional abilities and meticulous attention to detail ensured the seamless functioning of these prestigious establishments.

Harsh's career in the Food & Beverage industry is marked by a sustained trajectory of success that spans more than ten years, deeply rooted in the dynamic landscape of the UAE. His formal education in finance laid the foundation for what would become a significant career, managing complex financial landscapes within the hospitality industry. In his role as Group Business Manager for a leading hospitality group in Dubai, Harsh has been at the forefront of managing and nurturing a portfolio that includes prestigious names like Catch, Bagatelle, and Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE. This role required a blend of strategic foresight and operational acumen, as he was responsible for both homegrown concepts and the incorporation of global brands into the local market, such as Burger & Lobster Dubai and The Act Dubai.
Harsh's acumen in financial oversight is not just limited to the surface-level management of business affairs. He delves into the intricate details of financial analysis, adept at unpacking the nuances of financial reporting, which allows for transparent and effective communication of a company’s financial health. His competence in fund management speaks to his ability to navigate and optimize investment strategies, ensuring the sustained growth and stability of the businesses he manages. The structural integrity of legal frameworks within which these businesses operate also falls under his remit, indicating a comprehensive understanding of the legal complexities inherent in the F&B sector.

Dubai-based studio Creative clinic, led by the interior design duo Ceebo Shah and Khalid Sharan, prides itself on its distinct designs that combine sophistication with a nod of whimsy and quirkiness.
In the past 8 years the two worked side-by-side on some popular venues in the region and together dream of designing their very own boutique hotel in Dubai. Sticking to their vision never to be mundane Shah and Sharan say they would love to be recognized as the “guys who are trying to pioneer designs that push the boundaries”.
